`Dan Gerber's 72 Skylark Convertible`

My 1972 Skylark Custom Convertible has been in the family since new (Mom’s old car). Originally a Sunburst yellow, two-barrel, 350, drum brake car, I performed a frame-on restoration and added OEM disk brakes, TH200-4R transmission, 3.42:1 Posi, F&R anti-sway bars, GSX-type spoilers and had it shot with Corvette Torch Red paint. I also upgraded the small block engine with a TA-212 cam, extensive head work, 9½:1 C/R, TA intake and a Q-Jet. Chassis dyno numbers are 254 RW HP and 297 RW Tq.
